Product Information
Timber: Tanalised softwood is used throughout and is designed to stay outdoors all year round. No further treatment is necessary - please see our Timber Information sheet available on-line or by request. As with all softwood, cracks /checks may appear in hot dry weather, but should reduce as the timber takes in moisture. These are not detrimental to the integrity of the timber.
Parasols: Shafts are metal and 38mm diameter and the canopy is 200g Polyester. Treated to be fade resistant, UV rated 50+ and is machine washable. The canopy is raised and lowered using crank and tilt or push system. Although they have an air vent, parasols should be let down in high breezes and when unattended to prevent wind damage. We recommend you store your parasol somewhere dry over winter to prevent deterioration.
Cushions: Cushion material is acrylic and treated to resist stains and fading. It is superior to most cushion fabrics and can be left out during much of the summer as they will dry quickly following a shower.
Sponge clean – We do not recommend machine washing.

Tree Seats: The standard backless tree seat can be made to suit any size of tree trunk. Please contact us to confirm if the standard size is suitable or you require a larger one. The ground around your tree needs to be level.
Bespoke: We are also able to offer a bespoke service in other product areas from decks, pergolas, sheds, summerhouses, tree houses and play equipment, home offices to interior furniture and items.
Delivery: Local delivery from £25, other areas please request a cost. Access is required to your garden, preferably not through your house. If this is the case, please contact us as we can carry out this type of delivery with preparation.
